Preservative Treatments
Our company has been involved in the wood preservative business since 1975. Over the years while the preservative treatments have changed, one thing that hasn’t is our commitment to delivering a quality product to our customers. An extensive in-house QC program coupled with the use of SPIB as an independent third-party inspection service means you can expect a properly treated product delivered year round. We maintain a complete inventory of items including dimension lumber, timbers, boards, 5/4 decking, plywood, and deck specialty products ready for immediate shipment. Treating Service Only (TSO) is available for those customers preferring to supply their own lumber. We currently service independent retail yards and manufacturers in eleven states.
MCA
Wolmanized® Outdoor® Wood protected by micronized copper azole (MCA). The MCA preservative (using finely ground particles suspended in the treating solution) renders wood undesirable as a food source for termites and fungi. Tebuconazole is added to further protect against copper tolerant fungi.
Wolmanized MCA products are backed by a lifetime limited warranty against termites and fungal decay.
Micronized treated products are available in Above Ground, Ground Contact, and Heavy Duty Ground Contact retentions. Review this pamphlet to identify the correct need for your project. Tips on handling, maintenance, and other product information is available here.
Dricon
Dricon Fire Retardant Treated (FRT) Wood is an interior Class A fire retardant. It is both an effective and economical material for reducing the effects of a fire. Building code organizations and related agencies recognize it as an alternative to noncombustible materials in many construction situations.
We stock a variety of Dricon FRT lumber and plywood items. We also offer trusses fabricated using Dricon FRT wood. Please contact our sales and customer service representatives for current pricing.
Dricon products are backed by three separate warranties including a 40 year limited roof system warranty when both Dricon trusses and plywood are used together.
Dry Kiln (KDAT)
In 2019 we installed a new dry kiln to expand our lumber drying capacity. Some of the benefits of kiln-dried after treatment (KDAT) lumber are:

Stability – minimize the tendency to shrink, cup and warp
Easier to cut, install and handle
Ready to paint, stain or seal immediately
We stock a large variety of lengths, sizes, and grades for immediate shipment.
Milled Lumber
Machined lumber (treated and untreated) is also available. Typical requests include various T&G profiles, ripping, milling and laminating. We stock some of the popular milled lumber items and can turnaround custom orders in a timely manner to meet your project needs.
